Delff Management is an independent asset management company based in London, specialized in European Corporate Debt markets.
Since its creation in 2003, Delff has consolidated its development with targeted partnerships. As early as 2007, the French company AM joined the company, injecting 20% then 30% of Delff”s capital, which enabled Delff to strengthen its access within the AM network and its reference shareholder the Crédit Mutuel Nord Europe. In 2014 with the entry of Carmin partners’ capital, a new page was opened for institutional partners.
The team of 12 specialists has a vast and varied experience in the High Yield Markets, Loans, Debt trading and Private Equity gained in London and Paris in banks and asset management companies.
Delff is an active asset management company which invests exclusively in corporate credit via unleveraged long-only funds, put together under SICAV (Société d’Investissement à capital variable) and Loan Funds for the economy. Delff has developed its own independent research which allows its specialists to carry out a Value strategy within Corporate Debt. Thanks to its network and historical position, Delff has at its disposal a very efficient sourcing capacity in these markets. Delff has shown its resilience by weathering the financial storm of 2008/2009, and today manages around 200M Euros.
Delff is regulated by the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority).
Delff’s origination capacity has enabled the company to participate in over 100 financial transactions, such as Delachaux, Constantia and Materne recently.
