Thanks to Carmin Finance / ICFG France, Arts et Biens SA, a private equity firm, alongside with the management buyout group, has acquired majority stake in Fugam SAS, the French software company engaged with online fishing equipment marketplace, from La Montagne Centre France, the local newspaper publisher. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
